Main Objectives:
Marketing Communication
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Design and trace all the best practices implemented for all marketing communication activities.
- Manage day-to-day relationships across multiple media agencies to deliver approved KPIs within agreed budget.
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Create and improve processes for collecting/analyzing data, evaluating the impact of programs, and providing actionable insights for the future.
- Applying the media relations strategy as planed and approved by the Group, seeking high-level placements in broadcast and online media.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Manage the corporate branding.
PR and Digital Communication
- Responsible for brand management company identity and image.
- Implement PR action plans as per approved PR Strategy by the Group.
- Coordinate and interact with the media and PR activities as per approved plan by the Group.
- Create content and provide draft for press releases and other related articles for strategic and tactical approach.
- Organize events as new openings and other as requested.
- Manage social media channels for targeted campaigns.
- In collaboration with our partners provide the content for social media and identify new ways of keeping the clients interested.
- Coordinate and adhere to the guide from the group on social media performance and manage the company team to engage audiences across new media.
- Monitor and manage company website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
- Gather customer feedback from online and traditional promotional channels to inform sales and product teams.
Internal Communication
- Develop internal branded materials as needed based on Group Guidelines: Company Brochure, Website Content, Blog, Photo Gallery with updated photos etc.
- Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging.
- Distribute information about new promotional opportunities, new products to the Group.
- Support in communicating internally at the company level Group messages and campaign traits and results.
- Support the group in the enforcing of corporate values and in establishing company values adherence.
- Support in keeping the teams of the company engaged during internal campaigns at group level or any other support for employee engagement.
- Provide support in reinforcing the company’s/group’s social responsibility actions.
- Provide frequently internal news about company achievements, success stories, and content for Balfin Bulletin etc.
- Find and propose news ways of keeping the employees engaged and involved in company/Group activities, events, campaigns etc.
Corporate Social Responsibility
- Apply and implement the CSR action plan annually approved by the Group based on the Group CSR Strategy.
- Promote CSR activities in the media, social networks etc.
- Provide suggestions and ideas for CSR related activities to the Group.
Crisis
- Follow the instructions developed by the Group on Crisis situations.
- Advising company staff on handling and working with the media according the guidelines and policies at group level on Crisis management.
- Coordinate and work closely with the customer service response team to and establish together with them a process in which they are resolved and communicated.
- Schedule and facilitate the post-event debrief meeting with recovery team leads to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement where recovery plans were activated.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree (MBA preferred).
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- English fluent.
- Highly computer skilled.
- Good communicational skills.
- Methodical and organized.
- Integrity and innovative skills.
