We are looking for a Project Manager. The position will be based in Tirana, Albania and will report to the Country Manager.

We are looking for a Project Manager. The position will be based in Tirana, Albania and will report to the Country Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Scope new projects, work with other team members on establishing quotes for new work;
- Rationalize/optimize file preparation & processing, file conversion, and activities such as QA & testing;
- Drive process improvements through technical expertise;
- Preparation of lockits, as well as education & training on CAT tools.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science, preferably with a major in Computer Science or another relevant field, or Economics, Foreign languages;
- Working knowledge of Localisation processes and Standards used in the industry;
- Expertise in a least one leading CAT tool is a must, Trados 2009 is preferred but other technology will also be considered
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Very good English communication skills.
Will be considered as a plus:
- Mac OS X user experience;
- Knowledge of DTP tools, with practical experience of DTP activity;
- Demonstrable experience liaising with clients.
